⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• NOTION_FEATURE is renamed NOTION_ENABLED and now gates the whole /api/notion/* module (default off); an install that set only NOTION_SECRET must also set NOTION_ENABLED=true. DISABLE_ANALYTICS is renamed EXTERNAL_ANALYTICS_ENABLED (inverted). Both legacy names are honoured with a boot warning until the first release after 2026-11-01 (D259). With LIVE_DATA_ENABLED off, /api/data-sources/* answers 404 instead of 403; with RSS_FEED_ENABLED off, /feed/* answers the static 404 instead of a text/plain one.
