v0.1.0: the scaffold

@jahala jahala released this 04 Nov 21:54
bd81b80

The first public version of Conducted: the scaffold of the whole app.

  • Every feature of the backlog (162 ids) exists as typed code with a written spec, a "test first" note, and a placeholder that names its feature. Nothing runs agents yet.
  • Real today: the shared protocol between the UI and the agent process, the database schema (3 migrations, locked), the app shell and design tokens, the command and settings registries, git output parsers and other pure logic, about 960 tests.
  • Project foundations: architecture, engineering, data model, design and decision docs, and a guard for every rule (pnpm guards), each proven to catch a break.

Start with the README and the backlog.
