v4.4.0 — Check for Update & Uninstall Plugin

What's new

• Check for Update — a new link appears in the plugin row on the Plugins page. Click it to instantly clear the update cache and force WordPress to re-check GitHub for a newer version, rather than waiting up to 12 hours.
• Uninstall Plugin — a one-click uninstall link (with confirmation prompt) in the plugin row. Deletes all plugin settings, transients, and scheduled events, then removes the plugin files. Showcase posts are preserved.
• uninstall.php — proper WordPress uninstall hook so the standard Deactivate → Delete flow also cleans up all plugin data.
