Ideations 0.9.0 is the first versioned release of the reusable skills and tooling for capturing ideas, testing their promise, and deciding what to pursue.
The README now explains why this project exists: AI-assisted creation makes deliberate choices and retained learning valuable. The idea collection is intended to grow over time, giving cross-pollination more context for proposing connections and reuse while active commitments stay selective.
Included in this release:
- Twelve agent skills covering capture, market research, challenge, offers, assumptions, validation, prioritization, lifecycle review, next actions, attention, connections and retrospectives.
- A separate private ideas workspace, with explicit setup and optional founder context.
- A standard-library Python helper for preserving notes, saving reports and checking lifecycle requirements and capacity.
- Shared rules, lifecycle references and fictional worked examples that distinguish proposals, evidence and human decisions.
Validation: all 38 existing tests pass locally, including Markdown file links and workspace/lifecycle checks. The README change does not alter skill behavior or record formats. Supports macOS and Linux with Python 3.10+.
