v0.1.9: source-checked context initialization (experimental)

Context Docs remains experimental. This bundle contains context-docs 0.1.9, adopt-context-docs 0.1.9 and standard 0.1.1.

Initialization from earlier notes now explicitly checks relevant project sources before importing claims about current implementation or configuration, while retaining decisions and unfinished work. The adoption package and standard are unchanged.

One of two baseline trials retained a stale timeout; both candidate trials used the configuration value. These small synthetic trials establish no general reliability or causal accuracy advantage. Static checks are separate from native outcomes; no new subject sessions were run for release preparation.

Review complete sibling packages before upgrading and preserve local customizations. No project re-adoption or document migration is required. This publication does not update installed skills, project setups, logging settings or saved study artifacts.
