• Declare engines.dsh (>=0.2.0-rc.2 <0.3.0-0) so DSH reads the supported range directly.
• Widen DSH peer ranges to ^0.2.0-rc.2 || ^0.2.1-rc.2, keeping npm prerelease resolution working on both 0.2.0 and 0.2.1.
• No source changes: the projectless Workspace picker and blank-Session lifecycle are unchanged; 0.2.1 draft/Agent-preset additions are additive.
