Recording scheduler

• Added separate tab to schedule recordings using Decklink inputs using predefined encoding presets.
  Two scheduling modes are possible - daily (with specified days of week), and one-time. Supports filenames generation based on start time.
• Added command line parameter to load (and play) rundown on application startup, addressing #32
• Disabled possibility to start multiple instances of the application on the same account, subsequent starts will bring previously started application on top of screen.
• Added button to minimize the application to system tray - useful when the it's waiting for scheduled recording to begin.
