First release of gatewayproof: a conformance test suite for OpenAI-compatible LLM gateways.

Five checks against a deterministic mock upstream: streaming-fidelity, usage-accuracy, cost-accuracy, concurrent-isolation, error-propagation. No independent conformance suite for this existed -- every gateway project hand-rolled its own tests. Ships as both a CLI, a library, and a reusable GitHub Action (uses: jayblast-spec/gatewayproof@main).
