Provable Memory and the memory cockpit.

• Claims layer (Provable Memory): facts carry their archive-span provenance and are verified asynchronously against only those spans; the prefer_verified recall gate is now on by default (a safe no-op until the verify pass is populated).
• Memory cockpit dashboard: themed Home/Overview over GET /stats (scope all/user/per-agent), a Memory Explorer knowledge-graph galaxy over GET /graph with a time scrubber, semantic categories, all offline and keyboard-navigable.
• Typed memory-controls registry with a GET/POST /controls API, dashboard Settings, and the Minimal/Quality/Integrity presets.
• Embedder hardening: setup now preflights the dense embedder and fails loudly with the exact fetch command when the model is missing, instead of silently degrading retrieval at serve time.
