Bug fixes

• strip_exponent=True with check_zero=True now returns an exactly zero result as a zero mantissa of the correct shape with exponent 0.0, rather than a scalar 0.0 with exponent -inf, including for sliced contractions where zero slices no longer cause nan or underflow.
• array_contract can now take check_zero.
