Optional features are a tree, grouped the way Windows' own "Turn Windows features on or off" shows them:
Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features, .NET Framework 4.8
Advanced Services > WCF Services, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support > Client and Server, and so on. The list
starts collapsed; the arrow beside a feature shows what's under it, and a parent says how many of those are on
("2 of 8 under it on").
Filter and On only show each match with the features it sits under, opened, so it's clear where it
belongs.
Turn on says which features it sits under turn on with it, and Turn off lists the features under it that
turn off too. Afterwards the list is read again, so every row shows what Windows did.
Parts of a feature that Windows doesn't list by name (such as Sysmon-Service) are left out, as Windows leaves them
out of its own dialog.
