GraphClick 3.1.1

This release restores compatibility with older GraphClick documents.

• Opens documents from GraphClick 3.0.x and earlier again. Files saved by older versions use the original document format, which 3.1 could no longer read — they failed with "The file isn't in the correct format." Those documents now open normally.
• Opening such a document and saving it upgrades it to the current format.

GraphClick 3.1

Modernization release. GraphClick 3.0.2 was last released in 2012 and went open-source in 2026. This 3.1 release brings the source up to current macOS:

• Built and signed for Apple Silicon (universal arm64 + x86_64); deployment target macOS 10.13+.
• Movie digitization restored on top of AVFoundation (the QuickTime C API it originally relied on is gone on modern macOS).
• Document I/O migrated from NSArchiver/NSUnarchiver (removed in macOS 10.14) to NSKeyedArchiver. Note: documents saved by GraphClick ≤ 3.0.2 cannot be read by 3.1.
• In-app auto-updates via Sparkle 2.9.1 — future versions will be delivered automatically.
