Initial independent UTAvatarConverter release, v0.1.0.

Download the Linux or Windows portable ZIP, extract it and run the executable.
No Godot, Python, Blender or Unity installation is required to use the application.
Linux x86_64 requires OpenGL 3.3 and system libraries; Windows x86_64 targets Windows 10 or later.

Both platform builds passed the integration suite. Windows was tested under Wine.
Source, build instructions, licences and validation notes are in this repository.
SHA256SUMS verifies the two portable ZIPs. No avatar models or skins are bundled.

UT99 rigging is experimental. The tested stock Female Soldier/Commando and Rumiko combinations export structurally valid VRM 1.0 files; inspect deformation before use. Quake and GoldSrc MDL research adapters are available in the source repository, outside the released UI.
