• Add an in-memory log ring buffer (200 entries, INFO and above) that captures structured slog records alongside the existing console output. Expose recent entries through a new GET /api/logs?limit=100 REST endpoint and a read-only get_logs MCP tool so AI assistants can diagnose server issues without access to stderr. Each entry includes timestamp, level, message, and all structured attributes (calendar name, error, duration, etc.).
• Refresh the app icon with a gradient background, calendar card with date grid, binder rings, and a gold sparkle accent.
