Please note
This is NOT an official Loki Release!
Make backups of your save files before using it (or any new version of Loki for that matter)!

Disclaimer
This is my second custom release of Loki, based on the previous custom release v0.12-beta "Phivoc Mistlands Update" (which in turn is a fork of Loki v0.11). At the time of this release, the official Loki repository has been inactive for quite some time. This means that there's no telling if this custom release (or any succeeding ones based on this one) will make it to the official version of Loki. I have no intention or desire to take over the maintenance of Loki.

In other words, try this one at own risk. Also, any queries about Loki belongs to official repo: https://github.com/Wufflez/Loki

Changes
The following changes have been made to Loki in this fork:

  1. Updated Loki to work with Valheim Hildir update (game version 0.217.24):
    • Updated Loki Shared Item Database to include all added and updated items
    • Updated Loki with all changes made to Valheim character save file format (see notes below about this):
      • New player profile data: player creation date, used cheats and more
      • New player profile stats: 104 in total including the four previously supported by Loki
      • New item properties for inventory items: picked up and world level
  2. Updated Loki with some minor bugfixes:
    • SkillType enum was incorrect for certain values (resulting in "Unknown" skill where it shouldn't)
    • Updated English translations of SkillType for magic skills (that must have changed names at some point)

New Character Save Format vs Loki
The new format of save files includes several new features that is being tracked by the game (and persisted in the character save file). While Loki has been updated to correctly read and write saved character files with these new features, it has NOT been updated to support changing or even showing them.

This is not because I don't want to or not being able to. Mainly it is because it's not my project. I don't want to add features or make design choices to someone else's project. Not as long as the project seem to be inactive at least. And if it is revived, I don't want my version to be too far off either.

Character Save File location and versions
I believe Loki only works if you make sure your character save files are stored locally (and not int he cloud). Make sure to check this if you cannot find your saves in Loki.

Also: I haven't tried this version of Loki with older versions of character save files, only newer. Meaning that if you get problems opening (or saving) older saves with Loki, it may be because of this. My limited testing of this release has been using character files that has been played with in the latest Valheim version only.
