Add support of afl-fuzzer.

Related issue: #333, #454

Works only with default libc:
```
$ make debug.linux -j TOOLCHAIN="./build/configs/toolchain_afl.cmake" USE_COMPILER_DEFAULT_LIBC=YES
```
