• Fixes the Boost app command path used to launch the CLI.
• Updates the desktop app download banner to show the correct version.
• Prevents unused agent graph installations and empty configuration shells from being created or left behind.
• Avoids invalid Cursor hook configuration after removing the agent graph integration.
