Started updating plugin to run on MuseScore4

This release is mainly to record the initial work that allows the plugin to run with MuseScore4 and reconcile the development and main branches. The plugin slurs every note with MS4 as it cannot read the playEvent length correctly.

This release comes well over a year after the last meaningful commit to the development branch.
