Retry Rejected Chores

Fixed the missing ability to retry chores after they've been rejected.

Changes:

• Added "Try Again" button for rejected chores in both:
  • Main FamDo app
  • Kiosk chores card
• New famdo/retry_chore websocket endpoint
• Rejected chores now show status to other users (not just the person who claimed it)

How it works:

1. Child claims and completes a chore
2. Parent rejects it (needs to be done better)
3. Child sees "Try Again" button
4. Clicking retry sets status back to "In Progress"
5. Child can mark it done again for re-approval
