Streamlined Workflow for Assigned Chores

Chores that are already assigned to someone no longer require the extra "Claim" step.

Before: Assigned chore → Click "Claim" → Click "Mark Done"
After: Assigned chore → Click "Mark Done" (auto-claims behind the scenes)

Changes:

• Assigned chores show "Mark Done" button directly
• "Claim" button only appears for unassigned (anyone can do) chores
• Works in both main app and kiosk dashboard cards
• The claim happens automatically when marking done

This makes it faster for kids to complete their assigned chores!
