logread -e dnscrypt to confirm its up

Delete .runner* files, run ./config.sh remove, then continue with configuration process.

security unlock-keychain ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain-db, type password, then run gh auth status to confirm you're logged in

it's possible ssh agent is also unavailable at this point, in that case (inside ssh session):
