Patch Changes

• 19e21e4 Thanks @Psvensso! - The column toggles in the grid menu show a checkbox in both states, so an unchecked column no longer reads as a plain action next to your own items. Show/Hide All shows an indeterminate box, and says aria-checked="mixed", when some columns are hidden.
