Fokly 1.0

The first release of Fokly: a focus timer for the Mac menu bar with an on-device AI that notices when you get distracted and brings you back.

Download: Fokly.dmg. Open it and drag Fokly to Applications. Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple.

• Set a goal; Fokly glances at the window in front of you every 20 seconds.
• A local Qwen3.5 model (4B, or 2B as a lighter option) judges whether it serves the goal. Nothing leaves your Mac.
• Stay distracted for a while and a reminder slides in: Take me back returns you to the exact window and browser tab.
• Insights: time focused, share on goal, streaks, top distractions.

Requirements: macOS 26, Apple silicon, ~3 GB for the model (downloaded on the first session).
