Fokly 1.1

Fokly now updates itself. From this version on, Fokly checks fokly.app once a day and installs new versions in a click. A check never interrupts a focus session: instead of a window, a small Update button appears in the popover. Updates are signed with an EdDSA key and verified before they're installed. You can turn the check off in Settings → About.

• A new install window.
• Settings → About shows the right version number (1.0.1 reported itself as 1.0).
• The Screen Recording prompt uses plain words.

Coming from 1.0 or 1.0.1? Download this one by hand once; after that Fokly keeps itself up to date.
