Virtual Paradox Panel (Demo Mode)

• Standalone SP6000 simulator with real timing (exit/entry delays, bell timeout)
• Zone types: entry/exit, instant, follower — matching real panel behavior
• Command acknowledgment delay simulating serial communication
• PAI-aligned boolean state flags (exit_delay, entry_delay, audible_alarm, ready)

Standalone Web App

• web-app/index.html — HTML5 client that runs from any browser
• Same API as the Android app, no server needed on the Mac
• Configurable server URL on login screen

Admin Dashboard QR Invite

• Generate invite QR codes directly from the web dashboard (+ Invite button)
• QR code rendered as base64 PNG server-side
• Configurable public_host / public_port for correct invite URIs

CORS Support

• Backend now allows cross-origin requests for web app access

Android App Improvements

• Login flow fix: logout keeps server config, shows Login instead of Scan
• "Already have an account? Log in" links on Scan and Setup screens
• Fixed Retrofit converter crash (JsonElement → custom AnyValueAsString serializer)
• Alarm code remembered across sessions

• 179 tests passing
• Generic PanelEvent history format
• Panic endpoint for demo CLI
