What's New

BLE Connection Fixed

The app can now reliably connect to the Pi over Bluetooth Low Energy without pairing popups or connection loops.

BLE Commands Working

  • Get Status: View Pi IP, WiFi network, version, and trust status
  • WiFi Scan: Scan for available networks (admin)
  • WiFi Setup: Change Pi WiFi settings over BLE (admin)
  • Alarm Control: Arm/disarm via BLE when WiFi is unavailable
  • System Info: View system resources and WiFi info over BLE

Technical Changes

  • Stripped Pi BlueZ config to match standard GATT server examples
  • Fixed JWT token validation over BLE (config path bug)
  • Full device name "Remote Paradox" in BLE advertising
  • Simplified Android BLE client — clean GATT flow with retry logic
  • Structured UI for BLE status and error display

Update

  • Install the APK on your Android device
  • Pi will auto-update, or manually deploy the latest ble_server.py
