Fixed

• A tuner seen on two network interfaces disappearing when one of them goes down.
• One malformed channel row hiding the whole lineup; such rows are now skipped and counted.
• Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore Chinese, and any language after an unsupported first preference,
  falling back to English.
• The player header showing English "Playback failed" in every language after a stop failure.
• F5, Ctrl+R, and F11 acting behind open dialogs; search and refresh now use ⌘ on macOS.
• Text containing & or < blanking or garbling banners, notices, and status pages.
• Discovery errors blaming redirects for any HTTP status, duplicate IPv6 probes on one network, and
  a malformed deprecated tag rejecting a tuner's reply.
• The Windows installer offering "Launch Balun" only to silent installs and upgrades, and upgrades
  leaving behind files a newer version removed.
• Software centers listing Balun as needing an Internet connection and a 768 px display.
• The Debian package description containing the entire README, and its maintainer having no address.
• The macOS app declaring macOS 13 support while its bundled libraries need macOS 15.
