Breaking Change

• Interactive password prompt: The script no longer accepts the password as a command-line argument. Instead, it prompts for it interactively with hidden input.

  # Old (v1.x):
  unlock-pdf 'my-password' document.pdf
  
  # New (v2.0):
  unlock-pdf document.pdf
  Password: ________

  This eliminates the password from shell history and the process list.
