problem saving orders

hello!
since 1 months we are seeing problems with the orders that the families do. when you pass from one provider to an other one, some orders of other providers disappear. and it seems that when yo want to order again this provider sometimes it says that this provider is closed and so you cannot order it, even if it's still in time... i'll try to add some screenshots sunday when i do my orders.

Ahora pienso que esto puede pasar si no tenéis puesto el uso horario correctamente en el php.ini.
Por ejemplo a partir de la 22h en el servidor constan las 24h, o sea que para el ja está cerrado el pedido.

Compruébalo con:

<p>PHP datetime: <?php echo date("Y-m-d H:i:s"); ?></p>
<p>JavaScript datetime: <script>document.write(Date());</script></p>

finalmente he podido pillar l'error en delito :-)
envio 2 pantallas seguidas. he hecho una comanda la semana passada, para este jueves. hoy entro a properes "comandes", esborro un producte que estaba abierto, y se me sale el pop-up de la primera pantalla. clico d'accord y se me vuelve a cargar la pagina, vuelve a salr el mismo pop-up y me ha desaparecido los huevos (segunda pantalla). le ha passado a varias personas, parece que cuando volvemos a entrar a "properes comandes" en dias siguientes de hacer una comanda.
perdona, no se que version uso. @davidromani lo sabra.

La pantalla ya no me ayudaría. Ver pestaña "Pròximes comandes" del día 15-11-2016 me hubiera dado alguna pista.

Para descartar un mal funcionamiento necesito ver los datos de las tablas:

• aixada_order y aixada_provider.

Y si van acompañadas de:

• aixada_product, aixada_order_item y aixada_product_orderable_for_date,
• y me cides tu número de UF,

ya tendré el escenario completo.

(los datos mejor en privado por correo)

Bones, a la cooperativa naturalment estem començant a fer servir l'aixada i ens estem trobant amb aquest mateix problema.
Veu poder trobar alguna solució?
