Changed

• rpi-hal 0.9 → 0.10 and rpi-hal-embassy 0.9 → 0.10. Breaking only
  in that a consumer's own rpi-hal and rpi-hal-embassy must move with
  them, since their types cross this crate's API. Nothing in this crate
  changed. rpi-hal 0.10's preliminary Pi 5 support has no bcm2712
  feature here yet; the chip features this crate forwards are unchanged.
