• Add bounded create-only Preference Page import through --preference-page-map, with explicit engagement-channel, communication-subchannel, and optional Brand mappings.

Safety hardening

• Repeat destination identity and dependency checks immediately before each create mutation.
• Persist mutation intent before transport, prohibit automatic retries for ambiguous writes, and require independent Draft/unpublished readback.
• Strengthen strict report/package binding, collision detection, canonical Marketing-workspace checks, and JSON mutation transport validation.

Public surface boundary

• Internal lifecycle transports and the bounded, live-verified Draft Email UPDATE path are not public command surfaces in v0.8.0.
• The public CLI remains create-only for supported imports: no Email update command, general lifecycle command, publish, unpublish, overwrite, or broad delete support is advertised.
