• Open the note from the capture toast: after ⌘⇧K the toast has an Open button. A vault opens in Obsidian; a plain Markdown folder opens in your default Markdown app (Typora, VS Code…). Scene captures open the note they were written to.
• Hidden when "Open in Obsidian after saving" is already on.

• New switch: capture the clipboard when nothing is selected. Turn it off in Settings → Record and ⌘⇧K with nothing selected skips the clipboard, saving only a fresh screenshot, screen recording or the current page. On by default, so nothing changes unless you turn it off. Thanks to @istoolsfox for the report and the patch (#5, #6).

Upgrading: 1.5.0 gets this through auto-update; from 1.4.0, download once.

• Win+K 一键收录：收录前台选中的文字、网页标题和链接，收录后恢复剪贴板，提示条可撤销
• 截图文字识别：Windows 自带的离线 OCR，支持中文和英文
• Obsidian 仓库或普通 Markdown 文件夹

安装：下载 QiaomuJot-Windows-x64.zip，解压后运行 QiaomuJot.exe，无需另装 .NET。

须知：

• 需要 Windows 10 2004（Build 19041）或 Windows 11，x64。
• 暂未代码签名，首次运行若出现 SmartScreen 提示，点「更多信息 → 仍要运行」。
• 暂无自动更新。
• 由 GitHub Actions 在 windows-latest 上构建，自测（--selftest）通过；尚未在实机上人工验证。

• 原样保存：时间和来源是可开关的引用行；内置列表、引用、Callout 等样式，也可自定义模板
• 截图文字识别：在本机完成，写进可折叠块，日后能搜到
• 不装 Obsidian 也能用：普通文件夹使用标准 Markdown

Download Jot.dmg and drag the app to Applications. It is notarized by Apple and runs natively on Apple silicon and Intel.

• ⌘⇧J quick note: a floating editor with live Markdown, pasted screenshots and dropped media; press ⌘P to pick where it goes
• ⌘⇧K capture: saves the selection with its source (page title and link, PDF page, book citation); with nothing selected, it saves the clipboard or the screenshot you just took
• Verbatim captures: time and source go on an optional quote line; choose a preset style or write your own template
• On-device OCR: screenshot text goes into a folded block, so you can search for it later
• No Obsidian required: plain folders use standard Markdown

First run: grant Accessibility in Settings so Jot can read selections in other apps.
