Claude Code 2.1.143 rejects the bare-string source form ("source": "nightshift" abbreviated via metadata.pluginRoot) with "This plugin
uses a source type your Claude Code version does not support." Switch
to the canonical "source": "./plugins/nightshift" form documented at
code.claude.com/docs/en/plugin-marketplaces and drop the now-unused
pluginRoot metadata.

• Namespace skill names so slash commands appear as /nightshift:

Plugin skills are not auto-prefixed by Claude Code's slash-command picker
when invoked, so the 4.0.0 migration's intended /nightshift:<skill>
form was showing up as bare /start, /doctor, etc. Embed the
nightshift: namespace directly in each skill's name: field so the
picker matches the documented invocation pattern and the manager /
dispatch-batch.sh claude -p "/nightshift:do-task ..." calls resolve to
a registered slash command.

Bump to 4.0.1 (patch — aligns runtime behavior with documented intent;
internal callers already used the namespaced form).
