projectM TV 1.9.8

projectM for Android TV 1.9.8

Changed

• Reproducible builds. The native library no longer depends on where the source is checked out or where the Android NDK is installed (-ffile-prefix-map, -fdebug-compilation-dir), and CI builds with JDK 21 like F-Droid's build server. F-Droid can then rebuild the app, confirm it is identical to the release on GitHub, and ship it with our signature, so updates work across F-Droid, Downloader and GitHub.
• Nothing changes in the app itself.
