Highlights

You can now configure code style options per document and per code block:

code-style:
  line-width: 80
  indent-width: 2

Or, for a code block:

#|   indent-width: 2

```

Setting code block options will override the document-level options, which in turn override global options.

Currently only formatters Arity, Black, Prettier, and Ruff are supported, but eventually this will be extended to all formatters that support code style options.

At the moment, this also supports only line-width and indent-width, but more options will be added in the future.
