ADDED GUI!!

This release adds a simple GUI to ghostfile. It is also no packaged as a .deb file. On a debian based system, one can simply install the deb file to have a clickable ghostfile icon or access it from the terminal as before. All command line options are still valid.

Ghostfile can work with or without a GUI!!!
