  None of that break reaches netboot: app()'s renamed internal dispatch
  dest, the stricter --loglevel, the PATHSEP env var rename to
  <PREFIX>PATHSEP, and RunPath ordering are all surfaces netboot's CLI does
  not touch, so nothing changes besides the pin.
