First public release.

Shows every NFS and SMB share your device mounts (found from /etc/fstab, systemd .mount units and current mounts): reachability, mounted or idle, a connection test and a remount button. Optional extras (protocol switcher, recovery service, broken-symlink check) come from a root-owned /etc/decky-nas-mount.json; see the README.

Install: Decky settings > General > enable Developer mode, then Developer > Install plugin from ZIP.

Please know:

  • It runs as root. Read the source before installing. A config or helper that a non-root user could edit is ignored.
  • Written with substantial help from an AI assistant (Claude), so it is not eligible for Decky's plugin store and is not submitted there.
  • Tested on one device (ROG Ally X, SteamOS 3.9.2 beta, NFSv4.2/SMB from an Unraid server, systemd automounts). fstab-only and hand-mounted setups are covered by unit tests but not tried on hardware.
