Added 'Path' option to run a list against a specified path instead of a virtual disk.

Introducing Menu Script Compact Macro Scripting Language.
Added new 'Registry', 'FileOper', 'Condit', and 'Array' list items. Conditions and arrays of conditions. Or is it an 'Or'Ray? But then if you add a fifth column it becomes an 'ElseRay'.
The list is now a living breathing dynamic 'thing' capable of scripting it's own execution parameters and generating limbs on the fly.
