This is a major refactor of browser internals moving network functionality into background processes, as well as encapsulating it into an extension.

Updated

The major change is the updated DOM API which now is based off of the nodejs API. And the previous browser specific API (which required managing handles) has been deprecated.

This release also removes the need for setting NODE_ENV to specify the mock network etc when using the dev version (which now defaults to mock).
