Effect baseline for benchmarks: c065ed7b2c

The effect package built, unmodified, from Effect-TS/effect@c065ed7b2c, the main commit the VersionedSchema proposal is based on.

The examples' benchmarks compare it with the proposal build to measure what version negotiation costs. It is built the same way as the proposal packages: internal declarations stripped, the repository JSDoc codemod applied, and the full root build completed. The manifest uses 4.0.7-base.c065ed7b2c to identify it.

The source pin and SHA-256 hash are recorded in benchmarks/snapshot.json; SHA256SUMS is attached.
