Re-release of LB1 AP

New Features

• Character Shuffle & Suit Shuffle has been implemented
• Support for all new APWorld features link
• Win con progress now prints on the pause menu
• Ras & Hush unlock progress now appears on Data 1 in the shop
• Location Names now appear in the shop
• Hint text color now prints according to item classification
  • Purple is progression, red it trap, light blue is filler, dark blue is useful
• The mod has been rewritten to C# to better use Reloaded's functionality
  • Because of this, the setup and connection process has been streamlined (no more text files yay!)
• Evaluating the win con is no longer automatic. To goal you now need to enter the minikit display room

There have been multiple versions of this release over the past year trying to fix bugs so if I missed any new features or updates, I apologize.
