mvn -Pjruby-jars doesn't work on Linux #1990
Description
On OS X mvn -Pjruby-jars works as expected - I get a 20M or so maven/jruby-jars/pkg/jruby-jars-9000.dev.gem. If I try the same command on Linux it is 20K - it looks like an empty gem file.
