Stops the Zotero reader's hover preview popups: internal-link page previews (TOC, headings, figure refs), citation and reference popups, and EPUB/snapshot footnotes.

• Hold Option ⌥ / Alt while hovering to show a preview on demand
• Settings → No Hover Preview: per-type toggles and override key
• Clicking links still navigates
