Batch AO, roughness and metallic PNG masks into exact numeric ORM images. Runs locally in desktop Chrome or Firefox without installation, upload or tracking.

PNG ORM Packer

Three-step quick start

  1. Download and extract png-orm-packer.zip, open texture-batch.html, then choose all six files in examples/.
  2. Review output names and exceptions, then click Pack ready sets.
  3. Click Download packed ZIP. The examples produce two images and an exception report.

Changes

Failed image sets leave Ready while useful outputs stay available. Correct files on disk and select them again to retry, including identical paths. Cancelling the chooser preserves the existing batch and download. Singular and plural counts are corrected.

Limits

8-bit, non-interlaced grayscale/RGB/grayscale-alpha/RGBA PNGs only. Matching dimensions and exact material stems required. Palette,16-bit and animated PNGs are refused. Up to4096x4096/32MiB per input,500 files/256MiB per selection; encoded output and browser-memory limits also apply. Desktop Chrome/Firefox tested on Linux; no Safari/mobile or engine-import certification. Complete limits and privacy details are in the included README.
