Arcane v0.9.2 — Scaffold fix

Fixed

• arcane new produced a broken project with duplicated files in a nested default/ subdirectory and missing dotfiles (.mcp.json, .gitignore, .cursor/, .vscode/). Now produces
  the correct flat structure.
• arcane --version now works
• MCP server reports actual package version instead of hardcoded string
