Coverwall fills your screen with album art from what you play in Spotify. The Windows version watches the system now-playing info (SMTC) — no Spotify login, no account access, fully offline.

Install: unzip, run CoverwallTray.exe (SmartScreen will warn — it's unsigned; More info → Run anyway), right-click Coverwall.scr → Install, then play music in the Spotify desktop app. Full guide in the zip's README.txt.
