How to package Bridget for Win32?

Resources

1. Generate Bridget.nw with _build.command (OSX bash script)
2. Download latest node-webkit's win32 binary
3. Download package.ico

Package

1. Unzip node-webkit binary
2. Copy Bridget.nw in the same folder
3. Follow instructions on how to make a Windows executable

copy /b nw.exe+Bridget.nw Bridget.exe

4. Edit Bridget.exe with Resource Hacker, and select menu Action > Replace Icon... > Select package.ico > Replace > Save.
5. Remove useless files:

• nw.exe
• nwsnapshot.exe
• Bridget.nw

6. Zip and boom!
