Curriculum Cleanup & Content Alignment with RMIB 2024

This release completes the alignment of all 12 chapters with the RMIB 2024 research methodology.

Removed (14 irrelevant legacy files)

  • Ch.1: Electromechanical systems, industrial controllers, Cramer's Rule, lead/lag compensators, duplicate state-space analysis
  • Ch.2: Higher-order systems, Routh array stability (moved or cut)
  • Ch.7: Brownian motion (off-topic stochastic content)
  • Ch.8: Lyapunov exponents, fractals & chaos (not in RMIB scope)
  • Ch.12: 6 generic FEM files (stiffness method, discretization, variational formulation)

Added / Expanded (5 new sections)

  • Ch.3: \iological_rhythms.typ\ — Circadian/ultradian oscillations, Nyquist criterion applied to glucose regulation, dawn phenomenon
  • Ch.6: Fully expanded equilibrium analysis with step-by-step numerical P1/P2/P3 calculation using RMIB 2024 parameter values
  • Ch.9: All three positivity boundaries (G, I, β) with clinically significant β=0 absorbing boundary result
  • Ch.10: Complete LCIS bounds — Gmax, Imax, and Bmax — via iterative Theorem 2 application
  • Ch.11: Full metabolic case study with RMIB 2024 nominal parameters, critical Epinephrine threshold analysis (Ec = SI/ρ), and two additional supplementary problems

Fixes

  • Corrected Typst syntax errors (implies → arrow.r.double, square brackets in math, unit superscripts outside math mode)
  • Removed duplicate Homeostasis definition
  • Fixed dimensional error in steady-state infusion formula
