Margin Notes for Zotero v0.4.2

This maintenance release preserves note display and editing while removing redundant code and keeping reader errors visible.

• Remove 28 unused English and Korean translation entries, unused state, and repeated card initialization.
• Require Zotero's existing clone bridge for comment saves and native rich-editor selection. If the bridge is unavailable, preserve the error and save failure without dispatching a privileged array.
• Log cleanup failures while continuing later cleanup and removing the overlay.
• Construct each Markdown code-fence closing pattern once per fence.
• Keep white cards, the fixed 13px font, responsive wrapping, double-click editing, Markdown storage, and native reader behavior.

Validation: 56 Node tests, 294 native Zotero 9.0.6 checks, and 311 native Zotero 10.0.6 checks passed on macOS. The cleanup followed an explicit plan, baseline regression checks and a failing-then-passing bridge regression, plus independent review. No dependencies were added.
